The Cambridge Poetry Prize is an internationally recognised competition that celebrates the power of spoken word and poetic imagination in addressing the climate crisis. The event was scheduled for Wednesday, 18 March, at the Plumb Auditorium at Christ's College, Cambridge, where shortlisted candidates performed their poems. Held under the theme "Climate Imaginaries," the competition explored how climate change is imagined and narrated through language, emotion, and creativity to address environmental justice, promote generational responsibility, and foster the relationship between humans and the natural environment.
